This Course will teach the student how to use different components of Microsoft Office to perform Different administration tasks required from higher educations and business.

 

Basically, the student will be taught about:

 

1.      Ms. Word

Using Ms. Word to create and manage variety of documents with text and graphics.

-          Understand the word screen and able to customize Ribbon, Quick Access tool bar

-          Install font and add keyboard

-          Using mail merge to do multiple invitation

-          Text formatting & Styling

-          Table of content

-          Insert picture and picture tools

-          Insert Table, table tools, convert text to table

-          Creating filling form in Ms. word

-          Insert Page and Section breaks (Page breaks, Section breaks, footer and header, page number)

-          Listing (Bullet list, Number list, Multilevel list)
